If the tour is post-paid, the payment should be made in cash personally to the guide.

To select the payment for a group excursion using a bank card, click the "Pay" button on the corresponding page or use contactless payment.
Prepayment for an individual excursion should be made within the agreed time after the invoice was sent using a bank card on the corresponding page.

Return policy
1. If you have paid and cannot go on the tour, you must inform about it at least 2 days before the start of the tour in email sent to moscow.explorer@mail.ru In this case, the money will be returned to you in the amount of 100% of the full cost.
2. If the tour is canceled by the organizer, a full refund is guaranteed.
3. In both the first and second cases, we suggest that you visit the already paid excursion on any other day according to the schedule.
4. If you refused the tour less than 2 days or on the day of the tour (due to illness: your own, relatives, friends, other tour participants, etc., being late for the start of the trip, weather conditions and other reasons), no refund is made and the tour is not postponed to another date. The cancellation of the tour is made only in writing to email moscow.explorer@mail.ru
The refunds are made to your bank account within 5-30 business days (the period depends on the bank that issued your bank card).Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, MIR Accept, J-Secure, you may also need to enter a special password to make a payment.
